Before coming to Abundant Life, I was in pretty bad shape. I suffered a blockage in the heart and stomach. Too much sugar and wheat made my liver and pancreas weak. Also, I suffered from asthma. Now, the asthma is gone and almost everything cleared up. There’s a little wheat in my system that makes my joints ache.  All new patients should take their supplements, eat and exercise as God intended. Walk and eat healthy. Drink plenty of milk and water.
